Crafting the perfect espresso is a meticulous process that combines art and science. Here’s a deeper look into how we achieve espresso excellence:

Espresso Pulling: Our method uses a precise 1 to 2 ratio, which means for every gram of ground coffee, we aim to extract twice that amount in espresso. For example, if we use 18 grams of coffee, we target a yield of 36 grams of espresso. This ratio ensures that we capture the full spectrum of flavors from the beans. We carefully pull each shot within a 25 to 28-second window, with a 3-second pre-infusion phase to ensure even water distribution and saturation.

The Science of Dialing In: Dialing in espresso involves fine-tuning several variables to perfect the flavor profile of each shot. Here’s how we do it:
